Sista veckan i maj kommer företaget Aqua Avloppsrensning AB till fastigheten för att undersöka ett urval av avloppsstammarna.
Arbetet omfattar spolning och filmning av både köks- och badrumsavlopp. Syftet är att få ett underlag för att kunna bedöma stammarnas skick och planera kommande åtgärder.
Undersökningen omfattar 16 lägenheter per port. Berörda boende har fått en avisering i brevlådan med information om när besöket är planerat.
I november avbröts en planerad stamspolning i huset, då en köksstam visade sig vara i sämre tekniskt skick än förväntat. Stamspolning är en återkommande underhållsåtgärd som normalt genomförs med några års mellanrum.
Köksstammarna i fastigheten relinades 2012. Relining innebär att avloppsrören renoveras invändigt utan att bytas ut. Efter den avbrutna stamspolningen uppstod en oro för att reliningen inte har haft den tekniska livslängd som förväntats. För att kunna göra en säker bedömning behöver rören filmas, vilket är bakgrunden till den aktuella undersökningen.
Styrelsen kommer att informera föreningen så snart det finns mer underlag om stammarnas skick och process för åtgärder.

During the last week of May, the company Aqua Avloppsrensning AB will visit the property to inspect selected drainage pipes. The work includes flushing and camera inspection of both kitchen and bathroom drains.
The purpose is to gather information about the condition of the pipes and to plan any future measures if needed.
The investigation includes 16 apartments in each entrance. Residents concerned have received information in their mailboxes about the planned visit.
In November, a planned drain flushing in the building was stopped because one of the kitchen pipes was found to be in worse technical condition than expected.
Drain flushing is a regular maintenance measure that is normally carried out every few years.
The kitchen drainage pipes in the property were relined in 2012.
Relining means that the inside of the pipes is renovated without replacing the pipes themselves. After the interrupted drain flushing, concerns arose that the relining may not have lasted as long as expected. To make a reliable assessment, the pipes now need to be inspected with a camera, which is the reason for the current investigation.
The Board will inform the association as soon as more information is available about the condition of the pipes and the process for any future measures.
